Terms governing the use of the website and the Timefolio service.
These terms of use govern access to the website and the Timefolio service. By visiting the website or using Timefolio, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to the public website, demo and contact features, and the web-based Timefolio service.
If separate written agreements exist for specific customers, those agreements take precedence for the relevant contractual scope.
Some features require a user account. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and your credentials confidential.
If you use Timefolio on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
We aim to operate the service in a stable and secure way, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Features, content and technical components may be adjusted, expanded or replaced where required for operations, security or product development.
The relevant organisation or user remains responsible for content, entries and uploaded data within Timefolio.
You are responsible for ensuring that entered data may be processed lawfully and that your own export, archive or backup requirements are met.
Where Timefolio is used on a paid basis, the commercial terms defined in the offer, order confirmation, invoice or a separate agreement apply.
Free parts of the website or trial access do not create any entitlement to an unchanged feature set unless explicitly agreed.
Demo accounts are provided on a time-limited basis and end automatically once the demo period (typically 7 days) has expired.
Paid subscriptions are renewed for the chosen billing interval (e.g. monthly) and may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period from within the application or by email to info@timefolio.ch.
When an organisation is cancelled or deleted an administrative backup snapshot is created; on request, authorised users can receive an export of their own data in a common format. Final deletion takes place after a reasonable administrative period or upon explicit request.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts after appropriate notice in case of serious breaches of these terms.
Timefolio is developed and operated with reasonable care, but without express assurance of any specific availability, performance or fitness for a particular purpose unless separately agreed in writing.
There is no service level agreement (SLA) with guaranteed uptime values. Maintenance, brief outages, adjustments to individual features and changes to third-party dependencies may occur without separate notice, as long as this does not clearly contradict ongoing operations.
Mandatory statutory warranty rights, in particular those of consumers, remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, indirect damages and consequential damages is excluded. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.
If you have questions about these terms of use, please contact us at info@timefolio.ch.
These terms of use and the use of Timefolio are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is the registered seat of the operator in Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions require a different venue.
Mandatory consumer protection rights of users domiciled in the EU or the EEA remain unaffected.
